This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a nice farm located in Mason County, WV. The farm is part of a 400 acre farm. It is broken up into two tracts (175 acre and 25 acre). This is in a great area with plenty of deer to go around. I saw 12 deer upon inspection and a flock of turkeys. There are well used deer trails everywhere and also quite a bit of buck sign. The farm has several hay fields and pastures that will help act as funnels. Each of the hay fields had heavy trails leading out to them. The woods were a nice mixture of hardwoods and pines with some very large white oaks. The owner lives on the farm, which is a bonus, plus this farm is surrounded by 1100 additional acres of "family farm". There is an old house on the property which is in pretty rough condition, but is solid, and could make someone a pretty good place to camp and get out of the weather. There are also a couple of barns and a garage under the house that could be used for storage and are all lockable. I can see this being a fun place to hunt for years to come. ATVs are OK for hunting purposes only. The house can be leased for an additional $800 if desired.
